In La Comercial e-shop we expect our customers to be always satisfied with orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied and want to exchange any item purchased, you can do so within 14 days after receiving your order. Just follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service using the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Indicate your order number, the product being returned and the reasons why you need to return it. La Comercial e-shop will contact you to tell you the steps to follow in this process.
- Items must be returned in perfect conditions and accompanied by original invoice.
- Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
- You are responsible for shipping the returned items and the expenses incurred for the same.
- Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
- All changes are subject to availability of products ordered.
- Discounted products cannot be returned or refunded.
