Shipping costs will be added to your order and will be displayed in the purchase summary once you have selected the country from which the transaction is being made. Orders are subject to payment authorization by the bank that the customer provides using their debit or credit card.

* International shipping rates are estimated for packages weighing no more than 2kg. The price may also vary if the volumetric size of the package is greater than the measurements established by the transport company.

Returns and Refunds

• - Items must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
• - Returns will only be accepted if the labels and original packaging are completely intact.
• - You are responsible for the shipping of the returned items and the expenses generated by it.
• - In case of return of products, we will proceed to refund the amount. Shipping is not included.
• - Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
• - All changes are subject to availability of the requested products.
